* For a social or cocktail hour before dinner, plan to serve 3 or 4 different appetizers, allowing 3 to 4 bites per person for a total of 12 pieces.
* For an open house affair, plan to serve 4 to 5 different appetizers and allow 4 to 6 bites per person per hour of serving for a total of 16 pieces per hour per guest.
* For an Hors d’ oeuvres buffet that is served in place of a meal, plan to serve 6 to 8 different appetizers and allow 6 to 9 bites per person per hour of food service.
How many different kinds of hors d’oeuvres will you need per number of guest attending?
*For up to 35 guests plan for 4-5 different kinds of hors d'oeuvres
*For 35-60 guests, plan for 7-9 different kinds of hors d'oeuvres
*For more than 60 guests, plan for 9 or more different kinds of hors d'oeuvres

Bar and Beverage Service:
We employ professional bartenders to serve alcoholic beverages that you provide. You simply provide all of the chilled beverages and ice
you wish to serve. We provide bar equipment, fruit & vegetable garnishes, cocktail napkins & stirrers, table & linens necessary for a professional appearance. One (1) bartender will be needed for every 50/75 guest. A fee of $200.00 per bartender is for a 6 hour period (1 hour set up, 5 hours service). An additional $50.00 per hour, per bartender for overtime, if the need arises.
A great way to simplify the reception is to offer wine, beer and a “Signature Cocktail". Have our bartenders mix up a concoction that stars your favorite liquor, matches your color scheme or just choose your favorite cocktail to serve. We then have you choose the name that has a personal meaning between the two of you and your family and friends. You will meet with the bartenders for a taste testing of 4-5 different mixed drinks to decide the “Signature Cocktail”.
A list of liquor and juices required (with amounts) will be provided for you to purchase, in the case the drink needs to be mixed prior
to the event, this cost will be added to your invoice.
Not serving alcohol? a non-alcoholic “Signature Punch” is a great option. A sign with the name and ingredients of the “Signature Cocktail” will be displayed on the bar table. It will add a personal touch to your reception!
You may purchase cups for your event or have us take care of those and you will only be charged for the cups used.
Remember: purchase 2-3 cups per guest if serving alcoholic drinks.
Iced tea and coffee service with condiments provided for dinner buffets of 50 guest or more.
Freshly squeezed Lemonade, sodas, non-alcoholic punch, coffee and tea service available for $1.00 per guest.
Dessert selections of one (1) choice for every 25 guest added for $2.00/pp

Drop Off Orders: The following information applies to delivery/drop off of orders to venue site, office or home.
Your meal will be delivered family style, hot and ready to enjoy. The prices are based on drop off service of order only and does not include delivery charge, plates, napkins, utensils, cups, ice, drinks and all necessary serving utensils or condiments.
There is no delivery fee for orders Monday thru Friday (8am-3pm). There is a 5% delivery charge on total cost (minimum of $5.00)
on all deliveries after 3 pm and for orders on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. A minimum of $500 is required for deliveries outside the
Southern Indiana - Louisville area Delivery charge of $1.25 per mile and $25 set-up fee will be added.
If chaffing dishes, serving equipment (without serving attendant), plates, napkins or utensils are desired there is an additional fee of $25.
This fee include: buffet table with linens (if needed), set-up and equipment pickup. If service attendant is needed to assist with
serving meal or drinks, there is an additional charge of $50 (for up to 2 hours of serving time). This fee and time is in addition to set-up
and clean up. An additional 15% fee added for all appropriate plates, napkins and utensils to serve your menu.

Prices Include:
- 15% - 20% Service charge applied to all food and beverage costs.
- Buffet linens, greenery and décor, service equipment and utensils, beverage service equipment, platters, mirrors, bowls, baskets, chafing dishes.
- Appropriate quality clear disposable plates, heavy weight full size silverware and napkins for type of event. “Imposter China” available for a .35-$1.50/per guest up-charge. China Rental available and will be billed to you directly by the rental company; you will be billed a surcharge of $2.00 per guest for extra staff needed to handle soiled china.
- Service staff is included in the fees up to 6 hours of service; we arrive 1½-2 hours prior to the start of the event for preparation and 4 hours for actual reception or party and clean-up.
- If additional service is required, due to your individual needs, there is a surcharge of $75.00 per hour.
Additional fees:
- Certain reception sites charge the caterer a percentage of the total invoice as a usage fee, in which case this fee will be added to your invoice.
- If you would like to add an additional entrée food item or appetizer item to your menu, the fee for each additional selection are $2.00 per guest unless noted otherwise. Additional cold and hot side items are $1.25/per guest.
- If your event is a wedding or anniversary, please advise us if you will need us to provide cake knife, plates, forks, napkins and server for cake-cutting. There will be a .50 per guest charge.
